For teens interested in a great full body workout. The focus is on learning classical ballet terminology and technique. The class will include barre work, center, pirouettes, allegro and across the floor exercises. Improve your body alignment, movement quality, carriage of upper body, and flexibility. 


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: Exploring dance and music will inspire your child's creative side.
  • Physicality: Our movement and dance classes will help your child with their physical ability and coordination.
