Children in Motion is a play-based movement program designed to support the physical, social, and emotional development of children ages 3–5. Through fun and inclusive activities, participants build foundational skills like balance, coordination, teamwork, and self-regulation. Children also learn how to participate in group sport programming by practicing listening, following routines, and engaging in cooperative play. This program helps every child gain confidence and independence while moving, playing, and growing together.
