Teen Ranch offers a one-of-a-kind trail riding experience where riders can explore beautiful rolling hills and forest trails on horseback with the guidance of experienced, friendly staff. Our horses are well-trained and matched to each rider’s comfort level, creating a safe, enjoyable ride for both beginners and those with more experience. With a focus on connection, care, and confidence, our rides are more than just a trail—they’re an adventure in nature.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Courage: Trail rides naturally build courage as riders step outside their comfort zones and learn to trust a powerful animal. Whether it’s mounting a horse for the first time, riding in open spaces, or learning to trot, participants face and overcome new challenges in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Physicality: Trail riding engages the body as much as the mind. Riders use balance, posture, and core strength to stay centered and communicate effectively with their horse.
