Our High Performance Hockey Camp offers elite level training that will take your child's game to the next level! Our experienced coaches provide, 2 on ice sessions daily, dryland training, off ice skills, guest speakers and a 4 vs 4 tournament. Nutritious meals and snacks are provided to keep your athlete in top condition for training.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Physicality: Hockey evaluations focus heavily on physicality traits essential for the sport's high-intensity and intermittent demands. Our Program trainers will focus on speed, agility, endurance and conditioning techniques to elevate your child's game to the next level.
Resilience: Resilience in hockey is the mental and emotional ability to adapt and bounce back from adversity, setbacks, and pressure, ultimately leading to improved performance and personal growth. Our Coaching staff will support and encourage growth in this area for your player.
