Radiant Girls has combined their girls leadership program with EAL (equine assisted learning), to create an unforgettable week for girls who love horses!

EAL is known for it's ability to combine the wisdom of horses with profound life changing learning.  In our camp, our girls will team up with horses to overcome obstacles, play games, experience life skills activities, and work through problem-solving exercises all with the goal of embodying real leadership skills.

Our focus is teaching girls to overcome struggles with self worth and belonging, communicating directly and kindly, asking for what they need, creating healthy relationships, resolving conflict, defining boundaries, and regulating their energy and emotions.  All of this will be done through the help of our incredible horses.

Many of our activities involve our horses, but we’ll also include painting, cooking, yoga, jewellery making, nature walks, camp games, mindfulness, journaling or doodling and most importantly building solid friendships.

Includes:

• 16 Hours of Horse Connection & Activities

• Youth Team Building & Leadership Experiences

• Activities like Horse Yoga, Hiking & Mindfulness

• Expressive Art Activities & Supplies

• Your Horse, Tack, and Equipment is included

• 60-page Leadership Manual

Please note, this is not a riding camp, no horse experience necessary.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Interpersonal skills: Horses reflect body language, emotions, and energy. This program has a variety of activities that will teach body language, communication, respect, influence, trust, and cooperation in experiential and meaningful ways.
  • Resilience: Girls will be have a variety of obstacles, challenges, and activities to achieve the outcomes in our horse activities. Some will come easy, and some will need listening skills, patience, persistence, and the determination to try again.
