This program combines fun wellness activities layered with empowering coaching to build a positive self-image, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence skills. These programs feature mindful activities like yoga and pilates, self-care rituals, spa activities, confidence-building exercises, emotional intelligence games, and lots of fun!

Everyone receives a special event kit full of our art supplies, project materials, and journal!

In grade 9-12 and interested in this camp? Take part in our Leadership Certification & have the opportunity to join this week at camp as a Teen Leader! Teen Leaders also receive High School volunteer hours, and the opportunity to receive a letter of recommendation for future employment as well as a letter of recognition for university applications.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Courage: Our activities are designed to prepare girls with the skills and mindset needed to lean into their challenges, face fears, and overcome self-doubt. Our positive and supportive environment provides the space to have girls leave fealling strong and proud
Physicality: This week is full of physical movement, games, team building, and outdoor fun that has them explore their physical bodies, minds, and attitudes. Girls will be lovingly guided to move out of their comfort zones and discover that true strength comes from within.
