Character Development:

  • Self-regulation: One of the most important lessons we teach is how to regulate their emotions. Girls discover happiness can come from within - your focus, your beliefs, and how to care for yourself. This lesson is practiced all week long giving girls an opportunity to choose their emotional states independantly.
  • Physicality: Our non-competative environment allows girls to experience gentle, fun exercise in nature, with friends, and with music. Girls can experience yoga, pilates, acro yoga, nature hikes, zumba, and so much more.
