What is the science of kinesiology? Discover the science behind how we live and breathe! We will look at how our bodies perform under normal conditions, during exercise, as well as under the stress of competition.  Campers will conduct hands-on experiments and test themselves using a variety of probes and tools. Campers will have an opportunity to work with Ontario Tech Kinesiology and Science specialists in their high-tech labs. How can we use science, technology and the Engineering Design Process to improve our performances? Discover the careers of people who do!


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Curiosity: Discover the science behind how we live and breathe!
  • Creativity: Conduct hands-on experiments and test yourself using a very of probes and tools.
