We are looking forward to a  fabulous week at Ross Creek’s March Break Arts Camp for children and teens. There is something great for everyone aged 5-18 thanks to the great volunteers, artist faculty, staff, chef and of course kids and their families!  

At Ross Creek we provide an amazing art day taught by professional artists and a great camp experience for kids on our 178 acres of field and forest, led by our fabulous counsellors. Whether searching for the Creekster, creating a masterpiece or making new friends, our camps have something for every kid! We offer programs in dance, theatre, music and art. Kids can come for a day or for the whole week of adventure and art. 

Monday March 10
All About Me
Our littlest campers get to express who they are, and who they dream of being, through different art materials and creative story-telling in a fabulous and fun day!

Tuesday March 11
Forest Friends
We’ll read stories and explore the Wabanaki forest at Ross Creek, and who might be hiding in the beautiful trees! From Maple syrup to rabbit prints, we’ll make art about the life we can see in the forest!

Wednesday March 12
Tall Tales
We’ll create dangerous dragons and mythical mermaids as we explore fairy tales & folk stories from around the world. Imaginations will grow like Jack’s beanstalk!

Winter Wonders

From polar bears to penguins, we’ll explore the magic of winter and the worlds of the North and South poles through stories and art and making our own plays! Guided by Inuit and Scandanvian stories, we’ll explore all the winter has to offer, and weather permitting, we’ll get out on snowshoes and explore our own winter wonderland!

Thursday March 13
Tiny Towns
Who might live in a tiny town? How can we build a magical town that we want to live in? We’ll tell stories about towns, invent what we want in our towns and make our very own tiny town to explore!

Friday March 14
Treasure Island
Our studio will be its own treasure island and we’ll explore stories of sailing ships and treasures!
