Combines the best of camp with the best of the arts, a full recreation schedule, and a core of incredible arts programming!

We’re gearing up for a fantastic summer full of all the arts. SummerArts Camp at Ross Creek is a program dedicated to fully engaging your child and giving them amazing new skills.

Far more than an ordinary camp, Ross Creek gives your child all the advantages of an amazing art program with the rec and atmosphere of a camp all on an incredible site overlooking the Bay of Fundy.
At Ross Creek we provide an amazing art day taught by professional artists and a great camp experience for kids on our 178 acres of field and forest, led by our fabulous counsellors. Whether searching for the Creekster, creating a masterpiece or making new friends, our camps have something for every kid! We offer programs in dance, theatre, music and art. Our youngest campers explore the theme of the week through a variety of arts, outdoor adventures, and skill development. Play and creative exploration are the hallmarks of our junior program, setting them up for a lifetime of magic and wonder.

July 2
Secret Gardens
Explore the gardens at Ross Creek with Noella Murphy. We’ll look at mazes and myths and seek out our own secret garden created just for this camp!

July 5-9
The Mighty Jungle
Explore the creatures, cultures and crazy landscapes of the world’s jungles with Andrew Obol! From Anacondas in the Amazon to upcountry gorillas in Uganda (Andrew’s home country),  this will be an amazing and fun week full of songs, stories, and art!

July 12-16
Wild Things!
Inspired by the amazing book Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak, this camp will have kids creating their own wild things, with stories and art about them, and then they’ll create their own wild Rumpus!

July 19-23
To the Moon & Mars!
Andrew Obol will bring together stories and science about the Moon and Mars, and we’ll explore the cosmos through the arts, and even make our own Space Force!

July 26-30
Treasure Island: Mermaids & Mysteries
It’s pirate week and there is a mystery afoot about a lost mermaid! We’ll create our own treasure island and see if we can discover some of the magical ocean creatures of myth through art, story and even some sea songs!

August 9-13
Fables & Fairytales
We’ll explore positive fairy tales in this camp all about imagination and the coolest castles, dastardly dragons, and epic princesses and princes! Exploring stories from around the world, we’ll make our own fairy tales and pageants!

August 16-20
Wind in the Willows
We’ll start with the beautiful children’s book by Kenneth Grahame, about Toad of Toad Hall and many other creatures who have adventures big and small and explore our own windy willows for inspiration to create Ross Creek stories and art of Toad, Muskrat and more!
