We’re gearing up for a fantastic summer full of all the arts. SummerArts Camp at Ross Creek is a program dedicated to fully engaging your child and giving them amazing new skills.

Far more than an ordinary camp, Ross Creek gives your child all the advantages of an amazing art program with the rec and atmosphere of a camp all on an incredible site overlooking the Bay of Fundy.
At Ross Creek we provide an amazing art day taught by professional artists and a great camp experience for kids on our 178 acres of field and forest, led by our fabulous counsellors. Whether searching for the Creekster, creating a masterpiece or making new friends, our camps have something for every kid! We offer programs in dance, theatre, music and art. Our youngest campers explore the theme of the week through a variety of arts, outdoor adventures, and skill development. Play and creative exploration are the hallmarks of our junior program, setting them up for a lifetime of magic and wonder.

July 4-8
Secret Gardens
Our littlest campers can discover animals and plants in the magical Ross Creek gardens, explore garden stories, and create secret gardens of their own through art, and performance!

July 11-15
Cosmic Creations
We'll tell stories of the cosmos to our campers, and get inspired by stardust, constellations, and the amazing colours of the aurora borealis. Using art and performance, we'll even transform the studio into a starry night!

July 18-22
It's a Bug's Life!
Our worlds is full of the coolest creatures from the tiniest ant to the giant dragonflies that skim our ponds. Our campers will explore the world of bugs through art, stories, and performance and sleuthing themselves in our outdoor classrooms!

July 25-29
Down by the Bay
We'll tell the story of the Bay of Fundy in this week of art. We'll make our very own tidal creations, with stories and performances inspired by our amazing seascape of islands, crystals, crustaceans, clay, lobsters, and more!

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: Ross Creek Campers will have ample opportunities to explore different art forms while collaborating with artists from down the road and around the world. Creativity is a key trait to learning to be an open, independent, and kind individual!
  • Independence: Campers will have chances to pursue creative tasks in groups and on their own and will build a sense of confidence and independence as they grow through art.
