Get ready to embark on Math Adventures, where numbers meet excitement and exploration! This half-day camp brings math concepts to life through hands-on activities, games, and real-world connections that make learning fun and engaging.

What to Expect:

• Geometry in Nature: Explore shapes and symmetry in the natural world, create mandalas with natural materials, and build geometric sculptures.
• Measurement Challenges: Engage in fun measurement activities like building the tallest tower from everyday objects and estimating distances in outdoor spaces.
• Cooking with Fractions: Make simple recipes while learning fractions and measurements, like mixing up pancake batter or creating trail mix.
• Puzzle Power: Solve math puzzles and brain teasers, including Sudoku, logic grids, and escape room-style challenges.
• Money Matters: Create your own pretend marketplace, practice budgeting with play money, and design a business plan for a “camp store.”

The other half of each day will include outdoor activities, including sports and physical games, nature-based exploration, water play, and creative free-play activities. While some activities may connect to number themes, the focus will be on keeping kids active, social, and engaged in a variety of fun outdoor experiences.
