Get ready to turn your ideas into successful ventures in Startup Stars! This half-day camp is all about innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Campers will learn how to build a startup from scratch, pitch ideas, and navigate the exciting world of business.

What to Expect:

• Brainstorming & Ideation: Explore how to generate creative business ideas by identifying everyday problems and turning them into opportunities.
• Product Prototyping: Create prototypes of your product or service using design thinking techniques and materials like clay, cardboard, or digital mockups.
• Marketing Magic: Learn about branding, social media marketing, and advertising. Design promotional materials like flyers, business cards, and online ads.
• Finance Fundamentals: Discover the basics of financial literacy, including profit margins, pricing strategies, and fundraising through fun, interactive activities.
• Shark Tank Challenge: Compete in a “Shark Tank”-style pitch session where campers present their business ideas to a panel of “investors” for fun feedback and prizes.
• Launch Your Startup: End the week by launching your mini-business at a class marketplace, where you can “sell” your product to peers and showcase your entrepreneurial journey.

The other half of each day will include outdoor activities such as sports, organized group games, nature walks, water-based fun, and creative free-play activities. While some activities may tie into startup culture, the focus will be on keeping kids active, social, and engaged in playful outdoor experiences.
