Step into a calm, creative space where painting is about mindfulness and introspection. Inspired by Bob Ross' painting philosophies, this teen camp emphasizes “happy accidents,” while learning landscape painting techniques. Over five days, participants will explore skies, mountains, forests, bodies of water, and landscapes. Each day also introduces a new mindfulness art practice like bilateral drawing, sketching meditations, body mapping. and journal reflections as well as new painting techniques to build embodied confidence as artists Campers will also use storytelling through art imagining the narratives behind their landscapes, whether real or fantastical, to make their creations uniquely their own.
