SPRING P.A. DAY CAMP 2: CAMPFIRE CREATIONS – S’mores, Stories and Stargazing

Grab your backpacks and paint packs, spring is calling! This P.A. Day, campers head into an imaginative “wilderness” of art where creativity meets the great outdoors. Children will explore artmaking inspired by camping traditions, nature discoveries, and the excitement of almost-summer adventures. Campers may create mini campfires out of mixed media, paint glowing spring twilight skies, build leaf-patterned prints, design their dream tent interiors, or craft whimsical trail-marker sculptures. Inside the studio or out on NPCC’s grounds, young artists experiment with color, texture, and composition, learning new techniques while embracing the spirit of exploration. Guided by NPCC’s skilled instructors and counsellors, kids will enjoy a day packed with creativity, teamwork, and hands-on fun, perfect for welcoming the warmer weather. Camps are grouped by age (5-7, 7-9, 8-12) and all materials included, just bring your sense of adventure!
