Entering the world of work is fun! We’re offering a Youth Employment Workshop during March Break where tweens and teens preparing for first work experiences can complete valuable certifications, learn about workplace policies, code of conduct, volunteer agreements, employee agreements, and the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Each day will include taking steps towards becoming part of the working world as well as some enjoyable art projects in the afternoon. Take the leap so you can fly!


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged, and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together.
