Art + Science = Fun! Actions, reactions, and simple machines that power your projects is where it’s at in this session. Explore and experiment with colour mixing, create interactive art using a variety of kid-safe compounds and discover what happens when we partner water, wind power, light, cranks, pulleys, and more with a variety of art materials. Blow, make, shape, spin, dip and strrrrretch your creative imagination with our amazing NPCC Instructor and watch yourself grow before your eyes! In skills and creativity that is. All materials are included.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged, and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together.
