Kaws (Brian Donnely) is a globally recognized contemporary artist that walks multiple creative avenues. From fine art, graphic art and sculpture to toy and product design, he has caught the seeking eyes of young creatives. In this exquisitely fun and skill broadening class, children get to create works of paint, illustration, sculpture and design while they explore the intersections of art and popular culture. Fine art skills will have a front seat as participants develop their own works of wow. Collect them all! All materials are included.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together and have fun!
