Projects involving artistic elements of pattern, colour and rhythm combine with organic shape and imaginative character creation in this class. Fine art skills development exercises give way to polished works and a new perspective after learning about and implementing characteristics of Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami. A chance to create cool trading card designs, POP art, and fine art projects make this class a blast with a high probability of prolonged happiness. All materials are included.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together and have fun!
