Each week of MiniQ is themed to provide a unique focus, and we will explore the themes through games, projects, and experiences. Whether your child loves outdoor adventures, creative arts, science, math, or team-building activities, MiniQ has something for everyone!

    Each week is themed to provide a unique focus, and we will explore the themes through games, projects, and experiences. MiniQ brings together the expertise across Queen’s University’s Faculty of Arts and Science to provide exciting opportunities for students to explore the world and make friends. Our team of passionate and certified camp counsellors are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for each child. Counsellors will be supported by faculty and staff with content and educational expertise.

    Kids as young as five get an intro to Queen’s University through MiniQ, where they can explore the world, make friends, and have fun in themed camps. Themes include coding, storytelling, and nature, taught by staff with experience and expertise. Campers aged 7-12 get a preview of academic life when they pick a ‘major’ that they explore.

    Staff and Counsellors

    The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. We adhere to the highest standards of care, ensuring a fun, secure environment for all children. Our staff have CPR and First Aid and have completed mandatory training in EDII and Customer Service and University Design for Learning principles. Our staff are passionate about engaging campers' interests and curiosities.
