This week is exactly what young people are looking for in a week of camp. Great activities and exciting wide games mix with lots of time to hang out and be together with friends you just made or have from summers past. Campers will have the opportunity to sign up for many of our activities that are held during our 3 daily activity periods.
Recreational activities are included in the general fee and emphasize having fun. They are generally one hour in length and can be taken as often as possible. Instructional activities are also included in the fee (except mountain bike rental $9.50) and emphasize learning a skill through formal instruction. They are generally one hour per day for the entire week. For an even greater concentration on skill development, consider choosing an Adventure Club (Venture and Nitro only)
Character Development: This program helps build the following traits
Courage: Medeba uses adventure as a tool to challenge children to step out of their comfort zone to learn and grow in fun and exciting ways!
Interpersonal skills: Medeba uses the unique tool of community to challenge children to grow in their interactions with others and develop leadership and independence in a safe and fun setting!
