High Performance Squash is an elite training program designed for competitive junior players who are striving to reach the highest levels of the sport. This program provides comprehensive, specialized training both on and off the court to ensure athletes develop the technical, physical, and mental skills necessary for success in competition.
On-court training focuses on advanced techniques, tactical awareness, match strategies, and intense rallying, tailored to each player’s individual needs. Sessions are designed to push players to their limits, simulate high-pressure game situations, and improve match fitness and agility.
Off-court training is equally essential, incorporating strength and conditioning, mobility exercises, injury prevention, and mental conditioning. Athletes also engage in sports psychology sessions to enhance focus, resilience, and mental toughness. These complementary aspects help juniors build a well-rounded foundation that supports peak performance under competitive conditions.
With a strong emphasis on both individual development and group dynamics, players in the High Performance Squash program receive personalized coaching while benefiting from the motivating energy of training alongside similarly driven peers. This group environment fosters healthy competition, camaraderie, and shared learning, all of which are key to excelling in the competitive squash circuit.
