Summer Dance Camp

Dance, art, activities all in one! Creative based learning. Unlike other dance camps that offer only one style of dance or theme per week, we have multiple styles we offer daily and weekly, giving kids an opportunity to experience different dance forms. Classes can include ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, musical theatre, lyrical, yoga, modern, dances from different eras, and many more. Each week culminates into a mini musical theatre production number to present to the families each Friday at our mini showcase, this is a highlight at our camp for the campers and family members! 

Campers enjoy creating artistic messes during our art classes, our art room explodes from all the creativity going on, with some guidance, using different textured materials, colours, fabrics, paint, campers create wonderful pieces of art work, at times, recyclables gain a new life in the form of art masterpiece!

A typical camp day starts off with our morning welcome, followed by our  stretch/ warm up class, after which, campers are divided into different age groups and the day proceeds with dance classes interwind with art and activities. Weather permitting, snack and lunch break picnics take place outside on our property, during which time  campers get some fresh air, after some rest, campers play organized games, outdoor activities, water games, Every Friday it's pizza lunch which is included at no extra charge. 

Since our camps dance classes consist of a variety of styles, most families find this to be a great opportunity for kids who show interest in dance and are new to it or those who already take dance but want to try more styles at camp they get  a chance to try them out and get a real good sense of what each style offers thus being able to decide what dance style they would like to continue with during our full season dance program,
