Each week, campers will dive into a variety of games and skill-building activities, with special emphasis on our featured “Sports of the Week.” These spotlight sports offer extra time for drills, challenges, and friendly competition, giving campers the chance to sharpen their skills and grow their confidence. Led by passionate sports specialists, the program emphasizes athletic development, fitness, and sportsmanship in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether they’re mastering a new technique or celebrating a team win, campers will leave each session stronger, more confident, and full of unforgettable memories.

Week 1 (July 6-10): Soccer, Volleyball

Week 2 (July 13-17): Basketball, Frisbee and Disc

Week 3 (July 20-24): Soccer, Racquet Sports

Week 4 (July 27-31): Road Hockey, Baseball

Week 5 (Aug 4-7): Soccer, Flag Football

Week 6 (Aug 10-14): Basketball, Mixed Sports

Week 7 (Aug 17-21): Baseball, Flag Football
