(5) Overall experience
I have both my boys in KidStrong, and they love it so much. Every week, they look forward to coming. They know what days we go and are always talking about KidStrong and how they love going and love the coaches. From the very beginning, the coaches have all been extremely welcoming and helpful in the course. They give great explanations of what the children need to do. KidStrong has also made my boys more confident and outspoken in front of people, as before they were shy. Now they do the affirmations in front of the class with excitement. It has really helped my boys grow!
(5) Reason for choosing the camp
My mother originally saw KidStrong on her Facebook and showed me and the boys. Right away, they wanted to go and try it out. From day one, they have loved it and wanted to continue ever since. We chose this camp over others. It helped with confidence, with the affirmations at the beginning and end of every class, and also it also worked on strengths and listening. This experience is definitely worth the investment. I do not regret putting my children into it at all. And no, there are no hidden fees.
(5) Program quality and activities
This camp has a lot of times and days to accommodate everyone, so it's very helpful to be able to participate. My boys love all of the obstacles that are given every week. They love doing new things and getting better. My oldest, who is 6, wasn’t able to do monkey bars and now flies by them. My youngest, who is 4, wasn’t able to do a front roll or use his upper body strength for a long period of time, and now he is able to hold himself up no problem.
(5) Social dynamics and experience
Yes, both of my children have made friends with all the children in their classes and become more social. They even help other children if needed throughout the course. No, there was never a problem with bullying or not being included. The coaches are very nice and make sure everyone is involved and getting assistance if needed. They are always making sure everyone is happy and comfortable.

My children have grown with confidence 100%, which I am so proud of. My youngest was always very shy and kept to himself. Now, he is excited to do the affirmations in front of the class and parents. He says it all with confidence. My oldest has also become more confident. They have both become strong and are always trying to learn new things.
(5) Staff/Instructors/Counsellors
The staff and administrators are honestly amazing. My children love them and are always happy to see them all. They are always so welcoming and always interacting with the children and adults, even if we haven’t started class yet. They are always arms wide open to everyone. I have never seen a conflict at the center. Everyone is very sweet and nice always.
(5) Advice and tips
For someone who is considering this camp, I would highly recommend it for their children, as it is an amazing experience for children and adults as well. They learn more than just physical things. A lot of knowledge and confidence are built and gained throughout the program. My children always want to go, and they always talk about how amazing their time is there.
