(5) Overall experience
I sent both my kids to KidStrong Vaughan summer camp last summer, and they both had a great time. They were eager to go back each morning and sad when the camp day was over. The facility was clean and well cared for and had great equipment. The coaches were professional and caring, and they provided challenging activities for all ages. My kids enjoyed the physical challenges as well as the STEM challenges, like building a volcano. They were tested and surpassed what they thought they were capable of. They have asked to go back to KidStrong Vaughan for summer camp this year already!
(5) Reason for choosing the camp
My kids attend KidStrong Vaughan for weekly classes and love it. When we heard they were offering a summer camp we jumped at the chance to try it as well. The rest of the summer we did city camps so this was a great break in that routine. We especially liked that it was focused on keeping them active.
(5) Program quality and activities
My kids loved all the activities they did at KidStrong Vaughan summer camp. There was a good mix of physical activities like obstacle courses, the floor is lava, hungry hungry hippo, races, rope climbing, bars, etc. Along with other activities like building a volcano, tie-dye shirts, tower building, etc. My kids especially liked the volcano building, hope they do it again this summer!
(5) Social dynamics and experience
My kids didn't know any other campers when they started at KidStrong Vaughan summer camp, but they were quick to make friends. Every day, I heard stories about the other campers and the fun they all had. There was time to chat during snack and lunchtime, so they were able to make friends and were happy to do so. Hope they come back this summer!

My kids gained many strengths from participating at the KidStrong Vaughan summer camp. They learned how to work as a team to complete challenges. They learned how to push themselves to try harder. They learned perseverance so that they wouldn't give up. They learned how to perform experiments as well. We found that the KidStrong Vaughan programming was designed to be challenging for all ages.
(5) Staff/Instructors/Counsellors
We were so impressed with all the staff and coaches at KidStrong Vaughan summer camp. There coaches were very knowledgeable. They had the day planned out to the minute. There was always extra staff in the building as well and we would see them jump in to help often. They also knew every child's name which was a great touch.

For anyone considering KidStrong Vaughan summer camp for this summer I can't stress enough how much you should just sign up! My kids loved it and haven't stopped talking about it since last summer. Price-wise it is in line with other camps in the area and it's the only camp like this that I have seen. Highly, highly recommend it for all ages!
