Softball Camp

IMG Academy’s softball program stands out through its holistic approach to athlete development. Campers benefit from expert instruction that includes technical, tactical, and mental performance training, all within a professional-grade environment. The program also integrates speed and agility work, position-specific training helping athletes grow in every aspect of their game.

Campers will refine their softball fundamentals—hitting, fielding, pitching, and base-running—through drills, simulations, and live-game scenarios. They’ll also participate in mental performance sessions, physical conditioning, and leadership development activities. Beyond training, athletes will experience a supportive, high-energy environment that promotes confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.

A typical day includes a blend of on-field skill work, strength and speed training, and off-field sessions on mindset and performance strategies. Mornings often start with warm-ups and position-specific drills, followed by situational scrimmages. Afternoons may feature video review, recovery protocols, or education on nutrition and mental resilience—all tailored to help athletes improve both on and off the diamond.
