Grouse Mountain offers kids from Vancouver and area firsthand adventure in nature. It’s outdoor immersion in a day camp where kids learn basic survival skills and study bears and owls up close, but there’s also lighter camp fare like Jeopardy and art activities. Staff absolutely love nature and the outdoors, many of them skilled at climbing and skiing; they pass this on to campers. The real star of the show is Grouse Moutain itself, overlooking Vancouver westward and Mt. Baker to the south. Kids experience the mountain wilderness on their own terms, coming away from the camp experience with memories and reflections they’ll carry long into the future.
Our team consists of professional, licensed instructors who are passionate about more than just teaching—they're dedicated to leading every kid to greatness on the slopes. We hire for patience and dedication, ensuring your child feels safe, gains confidence, and masters new skills in a supportive environment.
