Run, jump and play your way through this Grouse Mountain camp designed with
maximum adventures for youth aged 8-12 years old. Expand your knowledge
through guided discovery, place based learning and games while deepening your
understanding and love for nature and outdoor recreation. Scheduled camp
activities such as, axe throwing, survival skills, wildlife encounters, art projects, and
back country exploration, will keep you excited and wanting more adventures with
your newly made friends!

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Curiosity: By getting to explore the natural environment and develop outdoor skills we hope to foster camper's enthusiasm for nature and the local environment. We focus on hiring leaders who can share their experiences to engage campers, encouraging them to love and pursue their own interests in nature.
Responsibility: Every group at the start of the week is introduced to the five-finger policy and the three-strike rule. The goal of these two policies is to ensure consistency in group management, and help campers understand what actions help foster a fun environment.
