We offer two distinct programs designed to get kids outdoors: mountain biking and summer adventure camps. Based on the North Shore, our Mavericks Mountain Bike Camps focus on progression, helping riders ages 7–14 build skills and confidence in a supportive, lift-accessed environment. Our broader summer camps provide multi-day outdoor experiences that go beyond biking, with a variety of activities designed to spark adventure, connection, and fun. Each program is rooted in the same goal: inspiring kids to challenge themselves, make friends, and explore the outdoors in a safe, engaging setting.
What sets us apart is our unique combination of environment, coaching, and programming. As the North Shore’s only lift-accessed bike park camp, we maximize ride time so kids progress faster and build real confidence on varied terrain. Our small groups and experienced instructors deliver personalized, progression-based coaching, supporting every rider from beginner to advanced. Beyond biking, our summer camps focus on adventure, connection, and exploration. We foster an inclusive, positive environment where kids feel safe to challenge themselves, make friends, and grow. Families choose us for our quality, supportive culture, and truly memorable outdoor experiences.

Grouse Mountain offers kids from Vancouver and area firsthand adventure in nature. It’s outdoor immersion in a day camp where kids learn basic survival skills and study bears and owls up close, but there’s also lighter camp fare like Jeopardy and art activities. Staff absolutely love nature and the outdoors, many of them skilled at climbing and skiing; they pass this on to campers. The real star of the show is Grouse Moutain itself, overlooking Vancouver westward and Mt. Baker to the south. Kids experience the mountain wilderness on their own terms, coming away from the camp experience with memories and reflections they’ll carry long into the future.
Our staff and counsellors are experienced, passionate outdoor leaders dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and engaging experiences for every camper. Our mountain bike coaches are trained in skill development and safety, with certifications and experience guiding riders of all levels in a progression-based environment. We prioritize small group sizes to ensure personalized attention and strong connections between staff and campers. Many of our team return year after year, providing consistency, mentorship, and a deep understanding of our programs and culture. Across all camps, our staff are united by a shared commitment to safety, inclusion, and helping kids build confidence, independence, and a love for the outdoors.
