Elite Camps Girls Semi-Private Training is a training session for athletes between the ages of 10-15. Athletes will have a 4:1 athlete-to-coach ratio to provide detailed teaching and constant feedback to athletes.
Our Semi-Private Training sessions are designed to enhance your athlete's individual skills which include:
Shooting
Ball Handling
Finishing at the Basket
Basketball IQ
AND MORE!
We have designed our program curriculum to provide athletes with full detailed progressions based on their skill range, age, and overall abilities. Coaches will provide athletes with the specific tools they need as per each session related to the program.
Sessions are once a week for 1 hour. All skills, no game time.
Character Development: This program helps build the following traits
Resilience: Sport provides athletes an environment where trying new things and failing at them is normal and in fact, encouraged. Through our life skills curriculum, athletes learn that in order to succeed they must be willing to step outside their comfort zone and work to turn failure into success.
Self-regulation: Sport is emotional. Learning to regulate your emotions after a loss, or failure is a life skill that sport teaches over and over again. Our life skill curriculum highlights how to self-regulate in sport and in life.
