Weekly teen lessons are designed to develop athletes' skills through progressions-based skills and drills. For athletes to become better players they need time to work on their individual skills. Each week athletes will engage in detailed skills and drills taught by experienced Elite Camps instructors in a 8:1 athlete to instructor ratio.
All lessons for 13-17-year-olds are 1 hour of skills and drills and ½ hour of scrimmage.
