Students are inspired to step out of their comfort zone and discover the courage to be themselves! This program increases students’ awareness of their inner journey as they take on responsibilities during a multi-day out trip, paddle lakes, and stretch themselves in the ropes courses. The Pathfinders program emphasizes teamwork and draws out students’ willingness to be open and participate in reflective discussions while they learn to appreciate new sides to themselves, other people, and the world around them.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Resilience: Learning to turn obstacles into opportunities through adventurous activities and maintain an optimistic, proactive orientation when under facing a challenge.
Interpersonal skills: Through having the participants work together to solve problems, support each other, and reach goals, we aim to increase interpersonal development and skills within the participants.
