Run, jump, and throw! Campers will learn a variety of age-appropriate track & field events, from sprints, hurdles, and long jump, to javelin, discus, shot put, and relays. Each event will be introduced to campers in a supportive and welcoming environment, with an emphasis on technique, safety, and sportsmanship. At the end of each week, campers will take part in an Olympic-style heptathlon, showcasing their newfound skills in a fun-filled day of competition!
