Character Development:

  • Independence: In this program students are encouraged to learn how to manage the stove and oven safely by themselves. Adult supervision becomes less necessary as they build their confidence and skill.
  • Curiosity: Figuring where food comes from, what flavours you taste, how to create a visually appealing plate from different shapes and textures of food all takes some curiosity and creativity too.
