JLIT is the first step of growing from camper into camp leader and is the stepping stone for campers interested in participating in the Staff-in-Training program (formerly LIT) in the future. Focus areas include foundations of Christian leadership, spiritual and personal development through challenging activities, engaging Bible studies, and opportunities to serve, all while having tons of fun.
Two weeks is what it takes to build the deep relationships with peers and camp leaders that can last through the great life changes and adventure that JLIT-aged youth are embarking into.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Religious faith: Circle Square Ranch is centered around the mission of creating a safe space for campers to explore their faith in relevant ways. Camp programs include discussions about life and God from a Biblical perspective as well as no-pressure worship times, mentorship and engaging Christian teaching.
Curiosity: The best leaders are learners who are curious about others and the world. JLIT's range of programing will engage the physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual part of each participant and each person take the next step in their development as young leaders.
