Day Campers are led through the adventure of the day with their leaders providing lots of opportunity to deepen friendships and learn to work together as a team. Day Camp is full of action and fun but it's also a great place to think about new ideas. Each day the leaders will tell a bible story that teaches an important life lesson. It's a great chance to talk with friends and to ask your leaders questions. We cram all the excitement of our overnight program into 8 hours so day campers can experience swimming in the lake, gaga ball, field games, crafts, canoeing, outdoor adventure, tubing (behind the power boat) and more!

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Tolerance: Campers come together from different backgrounds to have fun and learn together. Whether you live in Torrance or are just visiting a cottage for the week, Camp Crossroads is a place to make new friends and learn to see the world differently.
Religious faith: Day Camp is a wild adventure of fun led by quality staff who have a heart for kids and want to see them succeed. Life lessons are shared along the way and each day they tell stories of hope from the Bible (when they can catch their breath for a minute or two).
