(5) Overall experience

Camp Crossroads is the best camp I have ever gone to!😎 My cabin leaders are the kindest, most awesome people! They have this trophy 🏆 for the best cabin, and you get to tube, shower (but you have to get there early!), and play volleyball! My cabin leaders are Micah and Noah! The chapel was also fantastic, and the cooks were so nice they let all the cabins have seconds!!! On the last day we were there, we got cinnamon rolls for breakfast 🥞! All of cabin 12 was so sad 😞 to leave! On the way back, we got this luxurious bus with TV screens everywhere! I loved Camp Crossroads!

(5) Program quality and activities

There were some nights when we played volleyball, and other nights when we played other games. They were so fun. We got to play tag and capture the flag, and it was really fun. I love tubing there because my grandma was the boat driver, and Camp Crossroads was really fun.

(4.5) Social dynamics and experience

It was great. Me and my buddy Cohen went together (I know: Cohen and Cohen.) I made some new friends, Tenny, Colwyn, etc., met people there, and have connections back home 🏠 I had an argument with this one kid, but after we were chill:) I am a very friendly guy, so it was easy to get to know them. I don’t know if that’s the same for other people, but for me, it was very easy to meet friends, yes.

(5) Staff/Instructors/Counsellors

My counselor‘s Micah and Whitey we’re very helpful supportive and kind they woke us up to go take showers. They played volleyball with us. They went on the playground with us. They were really nice. They sat with us at us with the breakfast table and we played this one game that everybody loved where you slid the salt across the table and tried to make it land on the edge and they won every time, but sometimes they didn’t make us pour the salt in our mouth and that me pretty thankful 😌 (warning: do not chug salt may cause coughing!) hehe! just kidding!

(5) Advice and tips

Bring money for the tuck shop. Play volleyball. Wake up at 5:30 to go take a warm shower; if you don’t, then it’ll be ice cold. Really do play volleyball. It’s amazing. You will enjoy tubing, don’t worry. Meet Noah and Whitey. They are awesome 😎 I think that’s all Good luck!
