Our Junior Engineers will have the opportunity to play, build, learn and explore through free play, group projects and easy-to-understand lessons that focus on the application of engineering concepts to the world around them. Campers will explore the basics of different aspects of engineering, such as foundations, mechanics and robotics. Please note that while several different engineering disciplines will be covered in a variety of activities during the week, not all areas will be covered each week. Each day will also include camp-style programming and active outdoor play, and there will be the opportunity for recreational swimming 2- 3 times each week.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Curiosity: Our Jr. Engineers are encouraged to ask questions, make hypotheses, and perform experiments as they participate in hands-on building, activities, and experiments.
Creativity: Creativity is a vital part of STEM and the Jr. Engineers camp fosters our campers' creativity and provides many outlets to demonstrate and share their creative minds.
