Our gymnastics camp offers a dynamic and engaging summer experience for girls and boys ages 4 and up, running from June 24 to August 28 over 10 exciting weeks. Each day is structured to combine high-quality gymnastics training with a variety of fun and enriching activities.

Campers take part in over 15 hours of gymnastics per week, focusing on skill development, coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Alongside gymnastics, children enjoy a well-balanced mix of art projects, group games, outdoor play, and pool time, creating a fun and active camp experience.

A typical day includes warm-up and gymnastics training, rotation through apparatus work and skill stations, followed by themed activities, creative workshops, and outdoor or recreational play. Our programming is designed to keep campers engaged, active, and motivated throughout the day.

What makes our camp special is our focus on positive coaching, structured progression, and an inclusive environment where every child is encouraged at their own level. Campers not only develop gymnastics skills, but also build confidence, friendships, and a love for being active.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Physicality: Our camp is fundamentally built around movement, athletic development, and healthy activity. With over 15 hours of gymnastics per week plus games, outdoor play, and pool time, children are constantly engaged in physical activity. This helps them develop strength, coordination and flexibility.
Resilience: Gymnastics naturally involves learning new skills, falling, trying again, and gradually improving through repetition and effort. Our camp environment supports this by encouraging athletes to step outside their comfort zones in a safe and positive way!
