Hey, BizKids! Ready for a fun competition? While working in teams to compete for the best-selling lemonade, kids learn the basics of entrepreneurship and business in the most entertaining ways! From idea generation to branding, innovating vs. inventing, making sense of their financials, marketing, and customer service and sales, the skills learned and practiced are helpful in many aspects of everyday life.
Throughout the camp, kids will work toward the final challenge, which will be held on Friday. Campers will be selling their lemonade – competition style! - to other campers, and proceeds will benefit a local community charity. Each team will run the stand for one hour each on the Friday of the camp week. Whichever team sells the most wins!

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Generosity: Learning financial literacy while raising money for charity, campers will be exposed to fundraising while having fun.
Interpersonal skills: Competition encourages interpersonal skills by fostering communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution. Participants learn to communicate effectively within teams, collaborate to achieve common goals, and resolve conflicts constructively. Additionally, competition promotes empathy.
