This is a two-week program for campers turning 16 before Dec 31, 2024.
The program provides hands-on opportunities to provide leadership and experience personal growth in the camp setting. Skills learned can be used in all areas of life. The daily schedule provides opportunities with both campers and as a CIT group.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Interpersonal skills: Through interaction with campers, fellow CITS, and staff, our CITS have many opportunities to develop effective interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience: CITS learn how to handle challenges in a positive and effective manner. Self-reflection and feedback from fellow CITS and staff adds to the experience.
