Current Programs:

YOGA - Monday 7:30-8:30pm teen/adult yin yoga includes pilates-based conditioning and deep stretching.  Instructor is yoga and pilates certified.  All levels welcome!  Class may be taken $72 for pack of 6 classes.

Please contact us for information about personal training or possible additions to our schedule in the New Year.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: The hardest thing to do is get started but we promise you will feel great after your class!
  • Creativity: Express yourself in adult fitness & dance classes.
