This co-ed Camp has a more FUNdamental approach and will focus on developing basic technical skills, motor skill development and team play in a fun and healthy environment. The basic skills of serving, passing, setting and attacking will be incorporated into each program.
 
Campers will gain valuable technical knowledge allowing them to build a strong foundation in all skills.   The drills and focuses are designed for athletes to find quick success and a desire to continually improve.  Along with base techniques, athletes will be exposed to a high intensity environment allowing for maximal benefit and learning opportunities.
