Lakeshore High Performance for Tennis Camp

This camp is geared towards high performance youth athletes participating in the sport of tennis. Participants will learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning, along with lifestyle factors like nutrition, recovery and daily habits to help them excel in the sport of tennis. This camp will take place in our fitness facility and is designed for kids ages 10-15.

Morning Camp Schedule

9:15am – 9:30am Check In
9:30am – 10:10am Ice Breaker Activity
10:00am -10:30am Technique Work
10:30am – 11:00am Footwork Drills/Agility
11:00am – 11:30 Break/Games
11:30am – 12:00pm Core
12:00pm – 12:30pm Classroom/Strategy
12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch
1:30pm – 2:00pm Cardio
2:00pm – 2:30pm Stretch

*All full day camps include hot lunch in the bistro.
