This week at our summer camp, students will be taught how to navigate the coding program, Scratch. They will learn how to make a variety of games as well as simple programming. Campers will also get the opportunity to apply what they learned and use their creativity to make something of their own at the end of the week.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: During coding, we encourage students to think outside the box and let their creativity flow.
  • Curiosity: Students should feel free to ask questions such as "how do I make my code do____?" or "why does this happen when I do ______?"
