Meadowvale High School Students @ Robo-Geekexpand

On December 8th, we had the privilege to host a group of 23 students from Meadowvale High School.  During the full day session, we reviewed our RG-300 (Advanced Programming & Introduction to Electronics) where the students expanded their knowledge of Python with Raspberry Pi while working with GPIO interface to control electronic modules. They alsol learned basic concepts of Electronics and Electricity through experimentation and hands-on activities.

A few comments from the students:

"I really enjoyed this, thank you so much!!"
"It was a great and fun class!"
"It was a very enyoable experience with actual information I found interesting.  The teachers were very nice and willing to help.  I wasn't afraid to ask questions.  The room was a little tight though I had fun :)"
"Learned a lot! Enjoyed the circuits and programmings on the Raspberry Pi."

RG-200 Intermediate Programming : MineCraftexpand

We finished our Session 2 course  Intermediate Programming (RG-200) on March 28 2015. In this course the students learned Python and they explored different libraries; here you have Khubaib connecting to Minecraft and writing his name in 3D.

In their last class we created a maze using Minecraft by reading a file.

We are very proud what Robo-Geek students achieved at the end of this second course.

It was a pleasure to have a group of wonderful students very smart and capable. As they move to RG-300, we hope that self learning start happening.
