Our mission is to provide boys and girls ages 7-16 with the tools needed to develop fundamental skills, fitness and strength to improve and enjoy sports for life. Camp instructors focus on improving the level of fitness of each child and increasing his/her knowledge of different disciplines in Track & Field. This camp is designed to develop individual talents and interests in addition to personal improvement in an environment that emphasizes fun! We offer a completely ‘inclusive’ approach to the sport in learning the fundamental skills in the sprints, hurdles, jumps and throws.
