Physical activity is good for both body and mind. During this 6-week program youth will learn about exercise and movement to help with agility, balance, and overall physical literacy. Youth will learn about body mechanics, proper ways to exercise and fitness centre etiquette. Staying active promotes positive mental health and sleep patterns, while building strong bones and muscles.
