The Inspire Project is a one week (Aug 17th-21st, 2020) rigorous academic, career-building experience for 13-17 years olds in an adventure-filled, outdoor environment at the base of Lake Simcoe. 15 Specialized Facilitators and 30+ Experts/Mentors will ensure that Participants leave this transformative immersion program with a unique set of skills which will enable them to be stronger leaders, lead more intentional academic careers and embody a service-oriented mentality, all with a global scope.

At the Inspire Project, we believe that exposure to global leaders who are working towards international humanitarian, philanthropic and business efforts can spark Participants’ desire to build a service-focused, globally-oriented career. Mentors from a range of influential, global organizations will lead Participants through this rigorous academic program. As such, The Inspire Project is led by highly trained staff chosen for the uniquely impactful paths they have followed, their passion for inspiring and developing youth and their decades of experience and shaping young minds using various tailored teaching methods

Each day of this rigorous program will include a combination of unique leadership sessions and career- and self-building workshops coupled with outdoor activities, sports and distinctive team-building exercises led by renowned educators, motivators and mentors. At The Inspire Project, we believe in seven core values (Leadership, Critical Thinking, Community, Ambition, Empathy, Global Perspective, and Exploration) that ultimately define our curriculum, and which we hope, all our Participants will embody upon graduation from our program. Furthermore, the inspiration doesn't stop at camp! To ensure this support and continued guidance is available to all Participants even after the onsite program, The Inspire Project’s Alumni Association will provide one-on-one coaching with a Mentor they connected with during the program. Mentors will provide guidance on post-secondary school and program selection, preliminary career planning exercises and continue the formative support and instruction started onsite.
