This camp  is designed for players of all genders and skill levels; those new to volleyball as well as experienced players preparing for school or club tryouts are welcome.

Players will work with TMU Bold athletes and coaches to learn and develop the skills needed to succeed in the sport of volleyball. In addition, the camp will introduce some off court training sessions such as intro to strength & conditioning, nutrition and goal setting. The focus of this camp will be for athletes to love the sport of volleyball while also taking your game to the next level.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: Players develop advanced sport skills and are coached in strength & conditioning to achieve their full potential as Volleyball athletes.
  • Resilience: Achieving your potential as a Volleyball athletes is not easy. In this program, players are challenged to work hard and learn quickly, building resilience alongside their sport skills.
